This Privacy Policy sets out Bayard's commitments regarding the protection of your personal data and how it is collected and used. It applies to the use of our products and to our sales, marketing and customer contract fulfillment activities.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA ARE COLLECTED ON OUR WEBSITE

As a data controller within the Data Protection Act, Bayard is responsible for the personal data collected.
The data is collected to enable you to receive personalised offers from us. The data also allows us to administer and improve our business marketing and services for our customers.

The child’s date of birth is used for content research purposes. By providing the child’s date of birth you are helping us to ensure that the magazine content is appropriate for the age group.
For the shipping address and other delivery details please be aware that unless specified otherwise any payment information such as name and billing information, phone number and credit card details may be provided directly to and held by third party payment processor on our behalf.
You will be offered the opportunity to receive commercial offers from Bayard and you must provide explicit consent by checking a box that confirms your agreement to receive communications from us. You will can withdraw your consent at any time.
How secure is your information?
The security of your personal information is very important to us. Your information is stored in secure databases and filing systems, and we use encryption technology to protect your credit card and other payment information during transmission to prevent tampering and credit card fraud.
