What age are your magazines suitable for, and how do I choose?

Our magazines are designed for children from around 3 to 14 years old, with different titles for different age groups and reading levels. On each product page we show the recommended age range so you can choose the best fit for your child. If you’re unsure, our team can suggest a title based on your child’s age and interests.

Where is Bayard available?

Bayard magazines are available to families around the world. Our titles are distributed through schools and online subscription channels, and we also serve international customers through our global network and digital platforms. Families can choose print, digital, or bundled subscriptions depending on their location and preferences.
How many magazines do I receive with my subscription?

We offer three subscription options to fit your preference:

5 issues for a half-year subscription.
10 issues for a 1-year subscription.
20 issues for a 2-year subscription.

(Jan/Feb and Jul/Aug is combined issue)
Do the magazines come with audio content?

Yes. StoryBox, AdventureBox, and AdventureBox MAX include audio read by native English speakers. Just scan the QR code inside the magazine to play the audio on your device.

I have more than one child. Can they share one subscription?

Many families share one subscription between siblings, especially if their ages and reading levels are close. If your children are at very different levels, you might prefer separate titles matched to each child. Our team can suggest options based on your children’s ages and interests.

When will I receive the first issue?

We understand that everyone wants to receive our magazine right away! Since Bayard prints on a monthly basis, the content of each issue is up-to-date. You can expect the first issue to be received approximately 3-4 weeks after the order is placed. If you have not receive your first issue, please contact us.

I placed an order today, when will my subscription period begin?

If your subscription is successfully placed on or before the 15th of this month, your subscription period will start from this month. If the order is submitted after the 15th of this month, your subscription period will start next month.
Can I change my delivery address during the subscription?

Yes, you can update your delivery address at any time during your subscription. Just eMail to us with your order details and the new address. We will update our system so future issues are sent to the correct address.

How much does a subscription cost?

Prices depend on the magazine title and subscription length (for example, 5, 10 or 20 issues). Each product page shows the current price and what is included. We often run promotions, so the final price may be lower than the standard rate if there is an active offer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our website. If you have trouble completing payment, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I give a Bayard magazine as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a subscription as a gift for another child. At checkout, you can enter the recipient’s name and delivery address so the magazine is sent directly to them.

Can I change the magazine title during my subscription?

Yes, we allow title changes during your subscription if another magazine is more suitable for your child. Just contact customer service with your order details and the new title you prefer. We will arrange the switch and confirm any impact on future issues.
